If something goes wrong that’s our fault, we’ll make it right—quickly, simply, and at no cost to you. No fine print runarounds. No tedious paperwork. Just a straightforward promise.

What's Covered (The "Hassle-Free" Part)
During the 2-year coverage period, we will replace or repair any product that has failed due to:

Manufacturing Defects: Faulty materials or craftsmanship.

Functional Failures: The product stops working under normal, intended use as described in the user manual.

If we determine the issue is covered, we'll handle the replacement shipping costs both ways. You shouldn't have to pay extra for a problem you didn't create.

What is Not Covered (Just to Be Clear)
To keep this warranty truly "hassle-free" for everyone, we cannot cover damage resulting from:

Accidents & Misuse: Drops, spills, dents, or using the product for something it wasn't designed to do.

Normal Wear & Tear: Scratches, fading, or minor cosmetic deterioration that occurs naturally over two years of use.

Unauthorized Repairs: If someone other than our team tried to open or fix the unit.

Lost or Stolen Items: Please contact your local authorities or insurance provider for these situations.

How to Make a Claim (3 Simple Steps)
We've stripped away the bureaucracy. Here’s how it works:

Email Us: Send a note to service@donfang.com with the subject line: Warranty Claim - Order #[Your Order Number].

Include Two Things: Please attach a photo or short video showing the issue, and mention your Order Number. This helps us diagnose the problem fast.

Sit Back: Our support team will review your claim within 1 business day. If approved, we will immediately dispatch a free replacement. No waiting for us to receive the old unit first (in most cases).

Important Details
Transferability: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser with a valid order number.

Replacement Coverage: If we send you a replacement, that new unit is covered for the remaining duration of the original 2-year warranty period or 90 days (whichever is longer).
